Lobster Roll

Been on this kick of lobster rolls, thanks to the Wu’s, a good Asian twist to infamous Lobster Roll recipe…


Recipe:
- Steam fresh lobsters (about 7 minutes per lb.)
- Remove shell and extract lobster meat into mixing bowl; chop to small chunks
- Cool or refrigerate for at least 1 hour
- Add a dash of cayenne pepper
- Add a dash of black pepper
- Add Japanese mayo Kewpie to taste
- Mix well, add more mayo as needed
- Pan toast Hawaiian Sweet Bread with butter
- Serve as slider sizes

Dude, you forgot to mention that the lobster meat needs to be chooped up.
