Recently got a chance to unDS some Nike Air Max 1 IDs. They look pretty sick on the feet:

Also a few min back…

Got one more to break out.
What is it about the Nike Air Max 95s that I like so much? One either love it, or hate it. I love them for whatever reason. Yesterday came a masterpiece from Nike:

Let’s not forget about the original Air Max 95 Boxes.

The details are truly amazing. Nike don’t make shoes like this no more. Bubble size, 25PSI markings on the bubbles? Great stuff! By far THE PICKUP of the year for me.
I took a few to take some neglected sneakers that I have since they are really at the bottom of my ever growing sneaker collection… cant say that’s a good thing… but here they are:
Nike Air Jordan VI Infrareds

Nike Air Jordan IV

Nike Air Jordan III

Vintage Nike’s are cool and all…

but think twice before you rock them. I rocked a pair of Nike Air Max 1994 original the other day, for about 45 min… and look at what happened to it:

One of my latest pickups, Nike Air Footscape x Hiroshi Fujiwara x Fragment Designs:

Got me thinkin’… I like these shoes quite a bit. They are one of the most innovative shoes that Nike has come up with.
I think I might be the only one in this world that owns a pair of these samples:

And lets not forget these:

So I just realized today that the Air Max 90 Mesa’s that people are “nicknaming” of the latest JD Max 90s, is actually not Mesa’s. It actually should be Sunbursts.Check the following pictures:OGs
Mesa’s from 2002
Pic Courtesy of Raps and Sneakz. The Swoosh are actually neon red, not orange-ish.Just an FYI. :D
So over the weekend, JD Sports UK comes up with another release of the Original Colorways of Nike Air Max 90. The shoe was suspected to be released in June, but caught the sneaker community by surprise on Friday. The “Mesas” or the “SunBursts” – whatever you wanna call them looks like this, courtesy of sneakernews.com:
Thanks to my Dutch contingency for the heads up. :-)And thanks to the UK contingency for ordering them for me. :-)To put things in perspective, JD also recently released another original colorway, the “limes” or the “spruces”:
At this rate, its got two more colorways to go, the corals and the infrareds (being that JD has never released the infrareds as their own collaboration with Nike). Lots of money to be spent on these JD exclusives! Stupid ass American Dollars!*Update* Here is the Original Five:
So, as of lates, the trend in the shoe game seem to have caught onto with the runner side of the Nike sneakers. I personally have experienced in the past two years alone. It was the dunks and the dunk SBs when I first invested my time in this game – it has since gradually moved toward the Air Max’s (which I have always been a fan of)- whether its the max 90s, max 1s, or the structures, for example. Its all grown out of proportions and its now in its full swing. Nike Max 90′s going into almost near the 3 Large’s is unheard of till now.
And with the US economy on the verge of recession along with the deep drop in the exchange rate of the US Dollar, it makes it even worst. Buying from UK and Europe is a nightmare from the State side – talking about like $200 shipped from the UK, for example for a pair of OG colorway Air Max 90s.
It’s a crazy habit, game, hobby, whatever you want to call it now… *sigh… and yet… I can’t stop buying. What is wrong with me?? And get out of my runners world!
